This product is a Microprocessor based Maximum Power Point Tracking Solar Charge Controller (MPPT CCU) for 4 Cell Series (4S) Lithium Ferro Phosphate (LFP / LiFePO4) battery Packs or 12V Lead Acid Batteries.
Features:
• Advanced MPPT algorithm for automatic tracking of maximum power point, suitable for any type of PV panel and climatic conditions.
• It can charge a Deep discharged Lithium Battery Pack in PCM low battery cut off condition using any standard PV panel.
• Very low standby current in switch-off or Low Battery condition. Useful for integrated battery pack solar home lighting systems where the product may be left in packed condition for several months.
• Charge profile is optimized for Lithium Ferro Phosphate (LFP) batteries where the Cells may become significantly unbalanced towards the end of the charging cycle. The CCU has inbuilt logic to handle this condition and ensure maximum charge return to an unbalanced LFP pack.
• This MPPT CCU can operate without Battery also.
